Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
